Human capital management (HCM) software giant Workday says that a social engineering data breach on a third-party CRM system has impacted its clients’ business information.
Networking gear manufacturer Cisco has disclosed that a data breach stemming from a voice phishing (vishing) attack targeting a third-party CRM system leaked customer information.
Hackers breached UScellular’s retail CRM software and accessed customer data, including PIN and CPNI, and ported some subscribers’ mobile phone numbers to a different carrier.
