Moltbook has been the talk of social media the past week, as its AI agent user base seemingly does everything from conspire against humanity to form new religions. But, relegated to the less sensational world of security news, a data leak has already exposed masses of API authentication tokens, private messages and email addresses.
Tea Dating Advice, an app that allows women to perform background checks on men they are dating or interested in, faces a potential lawsuit after experiencing a data breach that leaked sensitive data, including private messages.
The suit was filed in California and noted that while customers in a number of countries were automatically exempted from having their data put toward training AI models, US users had their content and messaging (including private messages) included by default.
