In order to respond to cyber attacks, enterprises must invest their time and resources into efficiently training their teams and improving their organizational cyber resilience with the help of effective cyber exercises.
Chief Operating Officer at CybExer Technologies
Aare Reintam is the Chief Operating Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of CybExer Technologies. He is also an Ambassador of the NATO CCDCOE. Previously, he worked as the Cyber Defence Exercise Manager of the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence where he planned, executed and/or oversaw several iterations of world-leading cyber defence exercises between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, Reintam worked in several key roles within the Estonian Information System Authority.
There is still a gap between the need and resources available to solve the cybersecurity problem. Training the existing workforce solves part of the problem, but long term, the solution lies with the younger generation.
