Andrew Neiman
Attorney at Fortis Law Partners LLC
Andrew Neiman specializes in commercial litigation and advises companies on contract-based issues, corporate governance, securities and equity-related disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, bankruptcy, employment law, marijuana and CBD law. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office (Denver), where he researched legal issues and drafted work product for civil cases involving the federal government. His cases included pharmacy and pharmaceutical laws and regulations, medical malpractice, Wire Fraud, and the False Claims Act. As a Judicial Intern for Judge Anthony J. Navarro at the Colorado Court of Appeals, Andrew researched legal questions on appeal and drafted opinions on matters before the court. He served as a Business and Licensing Section Intern at the Colorado Attorney General's Office where he performed general counsel work for state regulatory agencies and assisted in legal actions, which included medical and healthcare licensing, securities fraud, and insurance.
