Andrey earned a BEng in Electronics and Computer Science and an MSc in Big Data from Queen Mary University of London. During his studies, he took electives in computer vision and deep learning. He also gained experience working in the family office as a startup hunter, facilitating dozens of deals between startups and venture capital funds. After graduating, he worked at Deloitte and then at a luxury watch retailer where he managed an IT and marketing team of 7 and significantly increased conversion rates. In 2023, Andrey co-founded Brightside AI and co-designed its initial architecture with a classmate. His ongoing mission is to create data-driven solutions using artificial intelligence to protect people’s lives.
