Anne Kimbol
Assistant General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at HITRUST
Anne assists the Chief Legal Officer and Contracts Manager on contractual issues with clients and vendors. She also assists HITRUST in responding to public policy issues that arise at the state, as well as federal and international, level. Anne contributes to internal privacy practices in conjunction with the information security and operations personnel and works closely with the Standards & Analysis team on growing and improving the privacy controls and mappings in the HITRUST CSF. She also identifies key international programs in HITRUST’s areas of expertise, including privacy and broader data protection issues. Anne is recognized by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Fellow of Information Privacy.
