Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at Critical Start
Bill Thrash is the Senior Vice President of Customer Operations leading teams in Onboarding, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Training to all CRITICALSTART customers. Bill joined CRITICALSTART in August 2020 bringing more than 15 years of experience in SaaS, Network, API and Application Security service delivery. Most recently Bill led GTM for Cloud Services in North America at Radware, providing service delivery resources to Cloud DDoS, Bot Management, API and Application Security WAF services to Enterprise and Service Providers. Bill has had leadership roles in Customer Success at Armor Defense, Terremark, Verizon Enterprise Services, and CompuCom Systems.
