Charlyn Ho is a Technology Transactions & Privacy partner in Perkins Coie’s Washington, D.C. and New York offices. Charlyn counsels clients on legal issues related to innovative solutions in technology and privacy. She provides strategic advice to all types of technology companies throughout their lifecycle, from startup to established enterprises, in a variety of industries. Charlyn serves as the co-lead of the firm’s Immersive Technology vertical, leads the Technology Transactions & Privacy practice’s Innovation Committee, and is a founding member of the Privacy Compass team.
