Edgar Hidalgo is counsel in the Tech Group at Lowenstein Sandler LLP. His practice is primarily focused on privacy, data security, intellectual property, and licensing and tech transactions. He has significant experience counseling clients in the retail, publishing, media, and technology industries in the United States and internationally. Prior to rejoining the firm in 2019, Edgar was in-house counsel at Simon & Schuster, Inc., the book publishing division of CBS Corporation, and the toy retailer and manufacturer Toys “R” Us, Inc. He is also an adjunct professor of business law at Montclair State University.
