Jennifer has over 10 years’ experience advising on IP rights. She has been involved in a number of IP disputes, with subject matter ranging from patents, trade marks, passing off, copyright and database right to breach of confidence. She has also worked across a spectrum of transactional and advisory IP matters, with particular focus on hive-offs with complex transitional IP arrangements and licensing/ownership arrangements in collaborations. In addition, Jennifer has significant in-house experience, having spent five years in-house at a multinational bank, where her role included IP rights management, brand protection and advising on general IP strategy.
