Kim Curley
VP Workforce Readiness at NTT DATA Services
Kim Curley is the Vice President for Workforce Readiness Consulting Practice Leader at NTT DATA. In this role, she leads advisory consultants who deliver people-side consulting solutions that help our clients solve their most complex business challenges. Kim joined NTT DATA in 2014 through the acquisition of Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group, and previously held leadership and consulting positions at Wells Fargo, Accenture, and Bank of America. Kim completed her Bachelor and Master’s degrees in business administration from the University of Georgia. She also received her Master’s in Organization Development and Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte. Kim is an adjunct instructor at both of her alma maters.
