Leo Scott Smith founded Tended in 2017 with a mission to create transformative tech solutions that can improve safety in high-risk environments and help end preventable loss of life. Leo has since grown Tended into a fast-growing, award-winning company with innovative wearable solutions used by industry-leading organisations. He was named as the Midlands Startup Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2019 Great British Entrepreneur Awards, and has recently been appointed as the Lead Digital Advisor and Vice Chair for Lincoln City’s £40m economic regeneration programme.
