Purvi Patel
Partner at Morrison & Foerster
Purvi Patel is a partner in Morrison & Foerster’s Consumer Litigation, Class Actions, and Privacy + Data Security Groups. She regularly defends household name companies in the retail and e-commerce industries in complex class action litigation in federal and state courts across the country. Her clients call upon her to litigate their high stakes advertising, unfair competition, consumer fraud, and privacy matters. Purvi is also at the forefront of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), and has presented “concise, efficiently laid out, informative and practical” webinars on key compliance measures that consistently drew hundreds of attendees. As a result of her demonstrated knowledge of the CCPA, Purvi is advising a number of companies across multiple industries on its operational impact.
