IP Attorney & Head-IP Prosecution Practice at Sagacious IP
Vivek is an experienced IP Attorney and Patent Agent with Technical, Legal and Business background. He has diverse knowledge and work experience of domains such as IP Strategy, Prosecution, Enforcement, IP Public Policy & Govt. Affairs, along with R&D and Product Development. In his previous role, he has served as a Deputy Director - IPR, FICCI. His area of work at FICCI included engagement with Government and industry stakeholders on IP policy related matters. He has also worked with in-house IP Teams and at IP law firms. In his entrepreneurial stint, Vivek was the founder of a start-up which was acquired by 1mg. He got featured in the IAM’s list of ‘World’s Leading Patent Professionals 2019 and 2020’ for his well-deserved endeavors in the IP field.
